Nitrogen Plant Working Principle

Advanced Nitrogen Generator Plant works on the PSA technology, which separates nitrogen from compressed air. The process begins when atmospheric air is compressed and passed through air filters to remove dust, oil, and moisture.

After purification, the clean compressed air enters adsorption vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen and other gases while allowing nitrogen to pass through. As a result, high-purity nitrogen gas is produced and stored for industrial use.
