PSG Engineering Co. PSA nitrogen gas generator is an advanced on-site system that provides a continuous, high-purity nitrogen supply for a variety of industrial applications. Using proven PSA technology and high-grade carbon molecular sieve (CMS), the generator separates nitrogen from compressed air through selective adsorption of oxygen, moisture, and CO₂. Its twin-tower design ensures uninterrupted 24/7 operation, with adjustable purity from 95% to 99.9995% and capacities from 5 to 500 Nm³/hr. Built with an IS 2062/ASME-certified vessel and a fully automated PLC + HMI control system, this generator delivers reliable performance, fast start-up, low operating costs, and a long service life. With an output pressure of 4–10 bar (optional booster up to 150 bar), it is ideal for industries such as food packaging, pharmaceuticals, electronics, metal fabrication, laser cutting, heat treatment, oil and gas, and laboratories. m
